The Quiet Times are designed to allow each team of campers a little time with their leader to talk about what was covered in the main talks (as well as anything else that might come up).
The pace of these session is often set by the campers themselves. Sometimes they'll want to dig quite deeply into something they've heard, while at other times they'd rather take the discussion off at a tangent into something they've always wanted to ask.
Of course, sometimes they just want to chat and that's often not a problem!
