Ray Trainer

Ray is the church's full-time pastor.· He was appointed in April 2007, having previously been an elder at Emmanual Evangelical Church in Leamington Spa.

Ray spent many years at IBM, and a number of IBM's patents bear his name!

He plays a mean game of chess and loves any kind of intellectual challenge.

Ray is married to Sharon and they have four children.

John Davies

John is the Church Secretary and leader of Summer Camp.

He is married to Sharon and they have four children.

Lawrie Gartside Lawrie has been a part of Hoylake Evangelical Church for many years, and has an excellent knowledge of the history of the area and its people. Lawrie married to Anne.

Garry Rae

Garry is the church's Missionary Secretary.

He is married to Margaret and they have three grown-up sons.

Trevor Jones

Trevor is the church's Treasurer.

He is married to Tracy and they have 3 children.
