Ray Trainer

Ray is the church's full-time pastor.· He was appointed in April 2007, having previously been an elder at Emmanual Evangelical Church in Leamington Spa.

Ray spent many years at IBM, and a number of IBM's patents bear his name!

He plays a mean game of chess and loves any kind of intellectual challenge.

Ray is married to Sharon and they have four children.

Nick Greenop

Nick has been a friend of the church since he was a small child and some of the older members still marvel at his transformation from urchin to elder!

Following a number of years teaching, Nick now works developing improved teaching facilities in Wirral.

Nick is married to Jane and they have three children.

Darren Jones

Darren became an elder of the church at the same time as Nick following a number of years as a deacon (he used to be the treasurer, which he reckons is harder than being an elder!).

He works for Barclaycard in Kirkby.

Darren is married to Julia and they have three children.
